Acacia tetragonophylla (Dead Finish) is a common Australian small tree, large shrub to 10 to 15 feet. It grows naturally along floodplains and water courses in arid to semi-arid areas. This particuarly piece of dead finish is a rich red/purple, starkly contrasting to it's pale sapwood.
